This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Draft and review legal documents for the secondary evaluation by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, monitor legal deadlines, and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
• Observe a senior or supervising attorney during Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales appearances.
• Aid in the preparation prior to appearances.
• Work together with members of the state team.
• Actively engage in weekly state meetings.
• Participate in a one-on-one weekly meeting with the Supervising Attorney.
• J.D., licensed in Ohio and in good standing across all jurisdictions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a friendly and team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to ongoing changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
