This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Advocate and represent clients in state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation on the plaintiff's side.

• Oversee a dynamic caseload.

• Conduct discovery and respond to requests.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Draft and present motions.

• Attend court for hearings and trials.

• Provide guidance to clients throughout the litigation journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be either (a) licensed to practice law in California or Oregon or (b) currently licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and awaiting admission to the California Bar or Oregon Bar.

• The preferred candidate will be licensed to practice law in California or Oregon with over 5 years of experience in civil litigation, including familiarity with discovery processes, oral advocacy, court appearances, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.

• Previous experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour cases is advantageous.

• Candidates should be willing to travel occasionally.
