This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms.

• Configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to achieve targeted results.

• Develop custom products by coding in JQL, SQL, and HTML.

• Monitor project progress using Jira.

• Upload and oversee documentation in Confluence.

• Conduct independent research on topics without guidance from a subject-matter expert.

• Develop training materials, such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs.

• Perform user testing on instructions provided by the team or clients.

• Provide training to colleagues or clients on custom product developments.

• Execute additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the capability to obtain at least a secret level security clearance, with potential upgrade to TS.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Certified Atlassian Developer with over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).

• Proficient in customizing Jira and Confluence to achieve specific outcomes, processes, and dashboards.

• In-depth knowledge of JQL, SQL, and HTML.

• Proficient in using the MS Office suite.

• Capable of teleworking with reliable phone and internet connectivity.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience.

• Preferred: Knowledge or experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).

• Preferred: Familiarity with CSS, Java, and Python.

• Preferred: Strong understanding of technology, including networking and software installation.

• Preferred: Experience with agile methodologies.

• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to adapt in high-pressure situations.
