This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro HFC

• Address inquiries and requests in a Contact Center environment

• Offer technical support to customers

• Participate in paid training

• Work remotely during rotating shifts

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary education

• Applications without prior experience are accepted

• Professional experience valued at less than 1 year

• Skills in telemarketing, customer service, and call center operations

• Availability for rotating AM shifts

• Availability for training from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• 8 hours of work and 1 hour of break
