This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Serve as a clinical liaison for both internal and external clients, addressing higher-level inquiries.
• Oversee the elevation and documentation of Unsolicited Medical Inquiries across the entire product range.
• Deliver product-specific clinical training, which includes content creation and collaboration with training teams.
• Work in partnership with laboratory and pathology teams to ensure precise case resolution and improvements in processes.
• Track metrics related to clinical inquiries and their elevations, identifying trends for corrective and preventive measures.
• Examine escalations to uncover process gaps and propose retraining or adjustments to workflows.
• Record all information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist the rare disease customer-facing team for PreventionGenetics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to operate on a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and/or engage in typing for roughly 90% of a regular working day.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, nights and/or weekends, and overtime as necessary.
• Must be available for Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7pm CST working hours/time zone.
• Ability to sit continuously for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday).
• Keyboard usage should be greater than or equal to 50% of the workday.
• Full-time employment.
• Standard shift from Monday to Friday.
• No travel required.
