This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service from home

• Work in a 100% remote setting

• Participate in training sessions offered by the company

• Attend shifts from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age

• Completed secondary education

• Minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, sales, or related fields

• Laptop or computer required

• Windows 11 operating system

• Wired internet connection with a direct network cable, no Wi-Fi

• USB headset

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Availability during working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
