This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who wish to transfer their line to another operator.

• Provide alternatives for customers to remain with Claro.

• Participate in virtual training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age.

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.

• Access to a laptop or computer.

• Operating system must be Windows 11.

• Wired internet connection with a direct Ethernet cable.

• USB headset required.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Flexibility to work between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
