• Provide assistance to clients

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work entirely from home

• Access to a laptop or PC for training

• Wired internet connection greater than 30mb

• Full-time afternoon hours

• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn

• Professional experience: less than 1 year
