This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via phone regarding inquiries, questions, and concerns related to their Claro mobile service.

• Deliver customer service for the Claro Postpaid campaign.

• Manage interactions remotely.

• Participate in short, paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school education.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.

• Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection.

• Must have headphones and a webcam.

• Availability to work full-time, 8 hours, between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

• Rotating days off between Thursday and Sunday.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries via phone.
