This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address client inquiries as a customer service advisor

• Work from home during the afternoon shift

• Adhere to a work and break schedule based on the selected modality

• Engage in paid training sessions

• Join the team at Partner Service S.A.C., a company in the telecommunications sector

• Provide support for various important clients of the company

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old

• Valid national identification document (DNI)

• Minimum of 3 months of experience

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Availability for afternoon shifts

• Flexibility for full-time, semi-full, or part-time schedules
