This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding Claro Internet services through phone calls.

• Provide customer support without engaging in sales.

• Manage call center operations for Claro clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Availability to work part-time during PM shifts.

• Remote work/home office capability.

• Customer service for Claro Internet clients.

• Contract based on the initiation or increase of activity.
