📋 Description

• Offer telephone and chat assistance through detailed clinical intakes.

• Direct clients to suitable resources, such as therapists, counselors, and wellness programs.

• Perform client evaluations and utilize coaching techniques to create customized health and wellness plans.

• Encourage positive behavior modifications.

• Comply with departmental protocols, industry standards, and specific customer requirements.

• Provide culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful services.

• Employ clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to assess situations and address concerns effectively.

• Inform clients about available resources, eligibility criteria, and program offerings.

• Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely record-keeping in the organization’s proprietary database.

• Remain updated on behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee continuity of care and align services with client needs.

• Uphold medical confidentiality and adhere to relevant data protection laws.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's-level degree combined with relevant post-qualification experience may be considered equivalent when recognized by the appropriate professional regulatory authority.

• Fulfill all educational and experiential prerequisites for professional practice and/or licensure or registration as mandated by law or regulation.

• Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence as stipulated by national regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client information systems.

• Professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.

• Preferred credentials in health or wellness coaching.

• Experience in multicultural or international settings is preferred.

• Strong empathy, active listening, and coaching capabilities.

• Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to manage high-risk or crisis scenarios.

• Outstanding communication skills and a strong service orientation.

• Proficient in critical thinking and multitasking within fast-paced environments.

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity.

• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Demonstrated skills in multitasking, critical thinking, crisis management, or handling high-risk situations.

• Consistent, reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• Ability to be on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and events.

• Capability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
