Associate Valuer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of reports for commercial real estate valuation and advisory services.

• Perform market research, financial assessments, and valuation modeling.

• Investigate and authenticate property, lease, operating, and transaction information.

• Evaluate comparable sales, market dynamics, and investment performance.

• Engage in property inspections and conduct market surveys.

• Handle multiple projects while ensuring high-quality work and meticulous attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with senior valuers and contribute to client deliverables.

• Execute valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, property owners, and developers across various types of commercial properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.

• Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting.

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Preferred: Experience in commercial real estate valuation.

• Preferred: Background in financial modeling and investment analysis.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.

• Preferred: Experience with GIS, CoStar, or other real estate data platforms.

• Interest in obtaining a professional valuation designation.
