This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and nurture a robust, trusted relationship with clients
• Assist account leaders in implementing business and real estate strategies
• Aid in cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization, and other portfolio objectives
• Construct and evaluate financial models, including Net Effective Rent, termination penalties, and scenario cash flow/P&L
• Create transaction analysis and documentation, including RFPs, comparison packages, LOIs, broker opinions of value, spend approval paperwork, and executive business cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to facilitate spend and transaction approvals
• Aid in the execution of documents for all types of transactions
• Oversee lease administration, including monitoring terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and comprehensive lease/property data
• Deliver monthly reporting
• Enhance and maintain financial templates, tools, and KPI data
• Assist with onboarding and pinpoint process efficiencies
• Innovate, adapt, and streamline best practices
• Offer actionable insights on potential risks and opportunities
• Detect process inefficiencies, devise and implement plans, and track and demonstrate outcomes
• Operate proactively and responsively in a dynamic, collaborative setting
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is required
• 2–4 years of experience in supporting transaction management
• Advanced knowledge of real estate and leasing terminology
• Strong financial, analytical, and reporting capabilities
• Ability to assess qualitative and quantitative data
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to cultivate relationships with business partners
• Capacity to multitask, manage time and workload effectively under pressure, and adapt to changes
• Dedication to client service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
