This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional HR customer service to employees of L3Harris Technologies

• Assess, oversee, and address employee inquiries and cases within established SLAs

• Execute transactions in PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and relevant third-party vendor systems

• Address employee escalations and conduct root cause analysis to uncover opportunities for process enhancement

• Aid in the creation, updating, and retirement of content for the HR Center of Excellence knowledge base

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist employees needing advanced or specialized HR support

• Suggest enhancements to the ServiceNow system for People Operations and HR

• Work together with HR Service Excellence and HR Systems teams to carry out system testing

• Engage in People Operations special initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience with a strong focus on data integrity, HR transactions, and employee/customer experience

• Familiarity and working knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems; experience with PeopleSoft is advantageous

• Knowledgeable in a case management system; experience with ServiceNow is a plus

• Proficient in Office365 and communication and collaboration tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

• Capable of synthesizing diverse sources of information to produce clear and concise responses

• Skilled in navigating and managing sensitive or confidential HR/employee interactions
