Associate Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee visualizer integrations throughout the complete customer journey

• Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery of outstanding visualizer experiences

• Create sophisticated and sustainable visualizer solutions to assist customers in reaching their objectives

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and various internal teams by offering technical expertise and disseminating best practices

• Adhere to established guidelines while supporting the maintenance of processes, templates, and documentation

• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage a significant number of tight deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Solid understanding of web technologies, including single page applications, cookies, web views in native applications, HTML, and TypeScript

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages

• Skilled in using Google Workspace
