Associate Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard configurations, custom development, and data migration aspects of Salesforce implementations.

• Create and implement solutions for clients based on architect-designed frameworks.

• Comprehend project requirements and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges.

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations.

• Operate within an agile and cooperative environment adhering to Salesforce methodologies.

• Work remotely while engaging with global teams to ensure delivery across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or previous internship experience with Salesforce is mandatory; other applicants will not be considered.

• Fundamental knowledge of any programming language; preference for JavaScript, Java, and Apex.

• Basic skills in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with LWC is advantageous.

• Basic familiarity with version control systems; Git is preferred.

• Understanding of branching models; Git Flow is preferred.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic comprehension of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Introductory knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Basic awareness of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus.

• Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin certification and Ranger status on Trailhead are advantageous.

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish is essential.

• Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, organizational/planning skills, flexibility, motivation, active listening, and excellent interpersonal skills.
