📋 Description

• Assists in the screening and interviewing process for operational candidates in accordance with the specifications of short-term positions.

• Aids in the recruitment of passive candidates by evaluating local expertise and short-term career potential to align with specific client requirements, including temporary and order-based staffing needs.

• Maintains tracking systems and shares recruitment metrics for KPI assessment with designated stakeholders.

• Supports the analysis of the effectiveness of various sourcing channels and modifies strategies as needed to attract operational candidates.

• Employs a range of sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify operational candidates who may have limited online visibility.

• Builds relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement journey.

• Clearly communicates the operational position opportunities and value proposition to potential candidates.
