This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Oversee daily sales call activities in accordance with set expectations to effectively influence customers and boost product sales.
• Represent Client by promoting Client's product(s) through telephone interactions (both outbound and inbound calls) by engaging assigned HCP targets in comprehensive product discussions to meet individual, territory, and company sales and market share objectives.
• Identify and manage a targeted list of HCPs while providing value-added benefits to enhance product volume.
• Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving territory and business sales objectives.
• Maintain the required call productivity and metrics as outlined by the program.
• Meet quarterly sales quotas set by the client.
• Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers using strong selling, listening, and negotiation skills, along with appropriate terminology and approved messaging, while effectively utilizing approved promotional materials.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Client product(s) and program offerings.
• Accurately verify and complete necessary data entry in Amplity / Client CRM systems, documenting target responses, call activities, product orders, and any follow-up actions.
• Listen to and address customer needs and questions within program timelines.
• Collaborate with client field sales account managers and client sales managers to strategize territory coverage when necessary.
• Foster and maintain a positive impression with both the client and the client’s customers.
• Prepare management reports as required.
• Adhere fully to all applicable laws, regulations, Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
• Participate in teleconferences and live (when necessary) national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions, representing the client at national and/or local conventions when applicable.
• Undertake other assigned projects as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior sales and/or customer engagement experience with a demonstrated record of success.
• Ability to adapt to cover multiple time zones as required.
• Experience in account and territory management (preferred).
• Background in Inside Sales or Contact Center (preferred).
• Experience in aesthetics (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear and articulate speech, professional demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to providing superior support and service to customers.
• Capacity to learn, understand, and convey complex information over the phone.
• Proficient in building rapport and active listening.
• Excellent skills in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation.
• Demonstrated initiative, effort, and commitment to successfully completing projects and assignments.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Competence in engaging with individuals at all levels both within and outside the company.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to successfully complete all client training (home study and live training) and meet training expectations to begin servicing the client’s customers within the program parameters.
• Required to participate in teleconferences and live national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions, and represent the client at national and/or local conventions when requested.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to and from customer offices within the assigned region during field sales activities.
