📋 Description

• Provide responsive technical support to distributors, partners, and internal business units through introductory discovery, product positioning, and architectural walkthroughs.

• Assist with live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments alongside senior Sales Engineers during co-selling cycles.

• Establish, manage, and resolve issues in sandbox or lab environments.

• Develop reusable technical resources and instructional documentation.

• Implement partner enablement programs via onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops.

• Collaborate with international colleagues across the global Solution Center.

• Align technical architectures with client specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in utilizing, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

• Up to two years of professional experience in a technical role, including engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or entry-level infrastructure assignments.

• Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling technologies.

• A bachelor's degree or a proven equivalent track record of relevant hands-on experience.

• Willingness and ability to engage in occasional regional travel, up to approximately ten percent of the time.

• Proficiency in the French language is considered an advantage.

• Practical experience with modern generative AI environments or automated workflows.

• Initial academic or professional exposure to edge security frameworks, including Secure Web Gateways, Zero Trust Network Access, Data Loss Prevention, or Cloud Access Security Brokers.

• Hands-on experience in orchestrating live application proof-of-concepts or sandbox instances.

• Active technology certifications or structured coursework are desirable.
