Associate Software Engineer, Python AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of AI applications utilizing Python.

• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement functionalities.

• Acquire knowledge of Pydantic for the purpose of defining and validating data models.

• Produce clean, well-documented code under supervision.

• Engage in code reviews and apply constructive feedback.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical challenges.

• Contribute to testing and CI/CD workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing enterprise-level software.

• Proficient knowledge of Python programming.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js is advantageous.

• A strong desire to explore the Python ecosystem, including frameworks and libraries.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and REST APIs.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• A proactive attitude towards learning and accepting feedback.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to instructions.

• Awareness of large language models (LLMs) and AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

• Previous experience with version control (Git) and testing principles is desirable.

• Familiarity with backend development or data engineering concepts is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.
