Associate Sales Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Calculate standard commission and bonus payments while adhering to strict payroll deadlines.

• Promptly communicate targets and compensation statements.

• Manage queries and respond in a professional manner.

• Produce and compile documentation related to compensation.

• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports across various platforms.

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of corporate data.

• Prepare and distribute reports throughout the Commercial organization.

• Review processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Build and nurture relationships within the Commercial organization and across the business.

• Collaborate with the global Sales Operations team to support the Commercial organization.

• Work alongside Sales and Finance to ensure accurate completion of activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Confident communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills and deadline-oriented.

• Experience handling large volumes of data.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning or other CRM systems.

• Knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Sisense).

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven company.

• Strong business acumen.

• Educated to degree level.
