Associate - Retail Operations, Banking Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage activities of the Centralized Accounts Management Unit in alignment with established policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.

• Assess account opening forms and pertinent documents for the establishment and maintenance of PVT/SME clientele.

• Examine, validate, and process customer inquiries regarding online banking products and services via internet and mobile platforms.

• Activate and manage all categories of accounts and online banking products and services.

• Assist marketing and sales teams by providing efficient, value-driven service delivery.

• Handle centralized account opening, maintenance, signature verification, investment placement, and online banking products and services for branches in the UAE and Doha.

• Ensure satisfactory audit ratings and maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of PVT/SME operations and online banking products and services through internet and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with bank policies, procedures, and both local and international laws and regulations.

• Proficient in operating systems, procedures, and functions related to branch operations.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures is essential.

• Capability to meet defined service level agreements (SLA) and productivity benchmarks.

• Ability to process cases with 99% accuracy and achieve zero escalations.
