Associate - Retail Operations, Banking Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Execute activities for the Centralized Account Management Unit in line with established policies, procedures, and delivery standards.

• Examine account-opening applications and associated documents necessary for the setup and ongoing maintenance of PVT/SME clients.

• Assess, validate, and fulfill customer requests for online banking products and services through internet and mobile platforms.

• Activate and manage all varieties of accounts and online banking offerings.

• Assist marketing and sales teams by providing value-added services.

• Comply with specified SLAs and productivity targets.

• Process cases with a 99% accuracy rate and no escalations.

• Centrally manage account openings, maintenance, signature verification, investment placements, and online banking services for branches in the UAE and Doha.

• Ensure stringent adherence to bank policies and procedures.

• Extensive understanding of PVT/SME operations and online banking products and services via internet and mobile devices.

• Awareness of bank policies, procedures, and local/international regulations and guidelines.

• Familiarity with operating systems, procedural workflows, and branch-related operations.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
