Associate, Research & Delivery – Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and define the contents of reports utilizing a mix of web-based compliance tools, open-source materials, client-supplied information, and Exiger’s case management system.

• Craft clear, concise, and well-researched reports for clients by leveraging various public records, databases, and other online resources and tools.

• Apply judgment and best practices in the research, writing, and editing processes for cases of varying products, scopes, jurisdictions, and complexities.

• Identify and escalate any recognized risk factors to the case manager.

• Effectively manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

• Collaborate and work within a multinational team to achieve the desired results.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to address and solve problems.

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in written and verbal English and Portuguese language skills.

• Strong dedication to continuous improvement and learning, along with a willingness to accept feedback and training.

• A genuine interest in compliance, risk management, and financial services sectors, as well as regulations, supply chain, and current events.
