Associate Project Manager, Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the completion of permit research projects from start to finish.

• Work closely with AI and engineering teams to enhance the accuracy, speed, and automation of research processes.

• Deliver organized outputs that directly contribute to customer-facing Permit Guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture, construction management, or a related field in permitting/project management.

• Experience in commercial or retail permitting.

• Excellent research abilities with a strong focus on precision and clarity.

• Capability to work collaboratively with engineers, product teams, and leaders in permitting.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Requirement for visa sponsorship must be communicated.
