This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist senior project managers with planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, quality assurance, and risk management from project initiation to closeout.
β’ Maintain risk registers and change control logs at the site level.
β’ Prepare contributions for weekly risk review meetings for the program.
β’ Monitor progress against approved baselines, report on status and variances, and draft plans for corrective actions.
β’ Support the review of deliverables and phase gate assessments.
β’ Coordinate technical reviewers and ensure comments are addressed to completion.
β’ Verify that deliverables comply with contract specifications prior to client submission.
β’ Prepare and uphold project documentation in line with program governance and client standards.
β’ Aid in the transition of project data into systems like Power BI, Kahua, and other program platforms.
β’ Identify tasks that fall outside the project scope and manage them through change control processes.
β’ Support needs packages or site teams promptly as required.
β’ Collaborate with field staff and report to the PMO.
β’ Liaise with client and partner counterparts regarding submissions, approvals, and reporting requirements.
β’ Exhibit behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience supporting projects in federal, infrastructure, facilities, or construction settings.
β’ Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a public trust and security clearance.
β’ Proficient understanding of schedule, risk, and change control principles.
β’ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
β’ Excellent written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to collaborate across organizational boundaries with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
β’ Willingness to travel to program sites as needed.
β’ CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
β’ Experience with Power BI, Kahua, or similar project information management systems is an advantage.
β’ Previous exposure to FAA, DoD, or other federal facilities programs is desirable.
β’ Familiarity with earned value or level of effort contract tracking is preferred.
