Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist lead project managers in achieving permitting results for clients.

• Perform permit research with a high level of precision.

• Aid in the development of permit plans.

• Work together with city officials to address nuances and uncertainties.

• Track permit progress and ensure prompt responses.

• Offer insights to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform.

• Collaborate with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Indiana.

• Over 3 years of experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Competent in accurately researching permit requirements.

• Comfortable interacting with city officials and navigating bureaucratic processes.

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to proactively solve problems.

• Must indicate if visa sponsorship will be necessary to work in the US.

• Although licensed Architect status is requested on the application form, it is not a mandatory requirement for the position.
