Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist lead project managers in achieving permitting outcomes for clients

• Perform permit research with a high level of precision

• Aid in the preparation of permit plans

• Collaborate with city personnel regarding nuances and ambiguities

• Track permit status and ensure prompt responses

• Offer feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Ohio to qualify for this position

• Over 3 years of experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management

• Familiarity with applying for and securing construction permits

• Capability to research permit requirements accurately

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative processes

• Effective communicator with a keen eye for detail

• Proactive in problem-solving

• Must disclose if visa sponsorship is necessary to work in the US

• Licensed Architect status requested in the application form
