This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide project management assistance for commercial real estate initiatives throughout planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closing phases.
β’ Oversee various project elements including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management.
β’ Conduct data entry, manage spreadsheets, handle purchase orders, invoicing, vendor relations, and reporting activities.
β’ Establish and enforce project documentation governance in line with company and client standards.
β’ Maintain project data integrity while ensuring accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
β’ Monitor project advancement against established goals, objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
β’ Provide updates on project status and identify any variances.
β’ Develop action plans to achieve objectives within budget and on schedule.
β’ Manage smaller projects as assigned.
β’ Supervise third-party project delivery resources or teams while tracking their performance.
β’ Utilize standard project management principles and procedures in assigned responsibilities.
β’ Exemplify CBRE RISE values and communicate complex information effectively.
β’ Perform additional duties as required.
β’ Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
β’ In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
β’ Prior experience in the AEC sector is preferred, specifically in construction project management, owner's representation, or commercial project management.
β’ Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is required.
β’ Familiarity with leases, contracts, and construction practices is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
β’ Experience with Kahua is mandatory.
β’ Capability to comprehend existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex issues.
β’ Ability to evaluate potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
