Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate project progression within the agency by managing work for review, overseeing client and medical/legal review submissions, organizing meetings, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and processes from the initial concept through to implementation.

• Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize various submission platforms.

• Prepare creative materials for submission, including references, citations, and claims.

• Organize electronic job folders in compliance with established protocols.

• Manage project routing through the agency for review and approval via Ziflow.

• Maintain project records in the system by initiating and closing projects, updating tasks, and uploading documents.

• Generate weekly financial reports for projects.

• Arrange meetings and develop necessary meeting materials.

• Provide assistance to Senior Project Managers and the overall project management team.
