This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support Senior Media Buyers in creating client-oriented digital media strategies.
• Collect forecasts and capabilities from partners.
• Input finalized plans into campaign management systems.
• Oversee the complete planning, execution, and strategy for accounts or test budgets with minimal supervision.
• Maintain files for tracking campaign budgets and rolling opportunity logs.
• Organize media specifications for active accounts.
• Assist in buying and rate negotiations led by senior team members.
• Acquire knowledge of targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and inventory selection within DSP platforms.
• Review creative specifications and create tracking parameters and pixels.
• Conduct quality assurance checks prior to launch across platforms.
• Set up campaigns in DSPs such as The Trade Desk and DV360.
• Upload creative assets, configure targeting parameters, and connect deal IDs.
• Monitor and manage daily campaign pacing and performance variations.
• Adjust pacing and develop performance optimizations and insights.
• Assist in mid-campaign and final performance reporting.
• Extract platform data and compile insights for client presentations.
• Manage ad hoc operational tasks to enhance media team effectiveness.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bidable media platforms, including responsibility for pacing, recommendations, and optimizations.
• Strong desire to remain informed about platform capabilities, inventory landscape, and new ad formats.
• Basic familiarity with digital media channels (streaming audio, display, video, programmatic) or ad tech platforms is advantageous.
• High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with accounts, client stakeholders, and supporting Senior Buyers.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and shifting priorities.
• Radical accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficient with AI tools.
• Must be available to work standard business hours in PT, MT, CT, or ET.
