Associate Professional, Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess both voice and non-voice interactions for precision, adherence to guidelines, and overall experience

• Deliver quality assurance and analysis for Provider Enrollment applications

• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations and standards

• Achieve set production and quality benchmarks while handling and supporting intricate provider enrollment needs

• Engage in and lead calibration sessions along with stakeholder engagement meetings

• Recognize, escalate, and assist in resolving quality concerns, coaching prospects, and areas for process enhancement

• Leverage data-driven insights, automation, and industry-leading practices to suggest improvements in processes and policies

• Collaborate with centralized and account teams to improve experiences for employees, members, and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

• At least two years of experience in quality assurance, QA principles, methodologies, or expertise in relevant evaluation areas

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing is required

• Preferably 5 years of experience

• Capability to work collaboratively with team members across various departments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

• Knowledge of contact center and back-office quality platforms (CXOne, Verint, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Effectively work with diverse teams

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to adapt to change and pursue continuous improvement

• Minimum broadband speed of 24 MB/s download and 8 MB/s upload required for remote work

• A home office or a designated room with a door is necessary

• Availability from 8 am to 5 pm and adherence to punctuality
