Associate Product Manager III – Tech Contributor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development, organization, and expansion of digital Human Resources solutions tailored for retail operations.

• Assess the requirements of the retail sector and align them with existing corporate solutions.

• Oversee the identification and implementation of digital solutions centered on retail operations.

• Create prototypes and enhance product adoption utilizing low-code methodologies and agile tools.

• Link retail operational challenges to the central People tools ecosystem.

• Establish and track metrics for adoption, usability, and efficiency.

• Offer cross-functional support to other Product Managers during peak demand periods.

• Detect operational bottlenecks and suggest automation for manual tasks.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders throughout the retail organization.

• Convert intricate business rules into functional specifications and logical product workflows.

• Assist in validating pilot projects as a reliable partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Digital Product Management or Business Operations.

• Robust background in product management (APM/PM) or senior analytical roles within operations, HR, or retail.

• Practical, solution-driven mindset, with experience or eagerness to experiment with MVPs, low-code prototypes, and straightforward automations.

• Capacity to operate across strategy and operations, including administrative and operational tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with store managers, operations teams, and corporate executives.

• Completed or presently pursuing higher education.
