Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Provide support for digital solutions addressing critical customer challenges and business opportunities.

• Develop skills that integrate engineering, design, business acumen, and customer empathy.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with MGM stakeholders to pinpoint high-value customer and business prospects.

• Work alongside finance, analytics, and operational teams to create business cases and implement data- and outcome-driven strategies.

• Offer thought leadership in emerging technology sectors necessary for scaling product features.

• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunity costs in collaboration with senior product managers, architecture, and program teams.

• Maintain an effective, value-oriented roadmap that impacts MGM’s financial performance.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operational teams to deliver product features that prioritize customer satisfaction.

• Propel feature performance towards established goals, customer demands, and operational excellence.

• Take ownership of feature quality and outcomes by leading user testing and setting up KPI monitoring with QA and Analytics partners.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Analytics.

• Experience in supporting high-performing teams in e-commerce, i-gaming, and comprehensive product delivery.

• Solid technical, business, and design insights.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Capability to present information to diverse audiences.

• Skill in defining clear project requirements.

• Ability to align software development best practices with changing industry trends.

• Capacity to work independently and achieve significant results without guidance.
