Associate Product Engineer – Source-to-Pay Ivalua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ivalua within the Source-to-Pay platform.

• Offer insights on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design.

• Assess and confirm solution designs for scalability, compliance, and maintainability.

• Assist business stakeholders in converting their requirements into Ivalua solutions.

• Configure Ivalua modules such as Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Set up workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical challenges.

• Aid in release planning, deployment preparation, and go-live processes.

• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.

• Ensure effective deployment and stabilization following production.

• Guide and enhance the skills of team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices.

• Facilitate onboarding through solution demonstrations and training.

• Maintain both technical and functional documentation.

• Promote continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of practical experience with Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations.

• Minimum of 5–10 years in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.

• Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration) is mandatory.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge is required.

• Ivalua L3 SQL Certification is preferred.

• Extensive experience in Ivalua Functional Configuration.

• Significant experience in Ivalua Technical Configuration.

• Strong background in APIs, EAI, and ETL integrations.

• Proficiency in Advanced SQL.

• Experience in Release Management.

• Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies.

• Experience with DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Background in managing software or product releases is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies is preferred.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases and multi-tier architectures is preferred.

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices is preferred.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client interactions.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously in a global remote setting.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

• Must be located outside the Philippines.

• Must align with Manila business hours, as well as the client's business calendar and holidays.
