Associate Manager, Supply Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain planning system configurations, calendars, and attributes to establish a constrained rough-cut master schedule.

• Create and oversee viable 18-month production schedules that align with sales objectives, inventory goals, and product age standards.

• Coordinate product supply through exception management, capacity assessments, ACC feasibility contributions, and integration of new items.

• Manage targets for finished goods/intermediate inventory, item versions, deployment settings, safety stock opportunities, and risks associated with aged/unsalable products.

• Ensure precise Kinaxis/SAP production/ATP data is maintained.

• Assist in annual planning, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Independently execute comprehensive supply planning activities.

• Enhance inventory and material flow within designated areas.

• Take ownership of specified planning processes or small projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders.

• Investigate non-routine planning challenges and propose solutions through structured analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

• Familiarity with supply planning systems.

• Experience with SAP is preferred.

• Comprehension of the implications of forecasting.

• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to resolve issues autonomously.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and train others.

• Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in production scheduling, inventory management/deployment, or supply/operations planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
