This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee consumer engagement initiatives in nightlife and retail sectors within the market.

• Recruit and supervise Educators and Influencers to ensure successful event execution.

• Provide training for staff on brand knowledge, engagement strategies, and execution excellence.

• Manage staffing resources to align with business demands and volume requirements.

• Coordinate point-of-sale logistics and oversee warehouse operations for local events.

• Organize, prepare, and utilize point-of-sale materials effectively.

• Input, maintain, and review event-related data using activation platforms.

• Ensure event reporting is accurate and submitted promptly in the online database.

• Oversee payroll and expense management for staff, along with personal travel and entertainment expenditures.

• Attend, monitor, and assess events to ensure quality control is upheld.

• Provide recommendations aimed at enhancing event quality.

• Report directly to the Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field or promotional marketing.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Previous promotional experience in Wine and Spirits is desirable.

• Ability to effectively source candidates that fit the position and organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with MacOS operating system is preferred.

• Knowledgeable about local and state alcohol laws and regulations, particularly regarding sampling and promotional activities.

• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the company and clients, which may include attending the office as needed.
