Associate IT Project Manager – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee several small projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement within the Clinical Enterprise portfolio

• Collaborate effectively with various IT resources

• Take on the role of project leader, ensuring projects adhere to the IT project management methodology

• Monitor and track project tasks assigned to the project teams

• Act as the sole point of contact for the projects assigned

• Provide regular reporting and communication regarding project statuses

• Maintain all relevant supporting documentation for the projects

• Work closely with IS resources to guarantee the completion of project tasks throughout the project lifecycle

• Assist in the analysis and maintenance of the PMO project portfolio

• Create and disseminate reports related to the PMO portfolio

• Oversee reporting responsibilities for the portfolio from intake to successful project completion

• Carry out responsibilities with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, and Excel

• Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies

• Knowledge of process improvement practices

• Capability to extract project data and develop visual aids using MS PowerPoint, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and/or Visio

• 3–4 years of experience in an analytical staff role within business, finance, or healthcare administration

• Experience working collaboratively in teams

• Preferred experience with IS projects

• Must work from Ohio, as remote positions are only available for candidates located in Ohio
