Associate Instructional Designer – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop educational solutions for clients in the life sciences sector as well as internal initiatives, encompassing live training, workshops, virtual training, eLearning, and multimedia content.

• Create, revise, and sustain presentations, workflow diagrams, agendas, storyboards, and scripts.

• Develop eLearning materials utilizing gomo learning or Articulate Rise and Storyline.

• Participate in design brainstorming and offer fundamental internal consulting regarding options for learning solutions.

• Oversee multiple responsibilities, monitor project progress, and operate independently or as a member of a small team.

• Work collaboratively with professionals from pharmaceutical, life sciences, project management, design, technology, and business development sectors.

• Organize and archive project files in various formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing resources for live training, workshops, virtual training, eLearning, and multimedia projects.

• Capability to write and edit scripts and storyboards for a variety of learning solutions.

• Familiarity with gomo learning and/or Articulate Rise/Storyline.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Comfortable working with graphics and media files (mp3, mp4, jpeg, png).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Background in teaching, facilitating, training, or instruction is preferred.

• Experience supporting clients in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
