Associate Informatics Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver AlinIQ Digital Health applications from start to finish.

• Act as a technical expert in client-facing scenarios.

• Install, configure, and/or maintain informatics applications.

• Educate customers through a peer-to-peer training approach while sharing best practices.

• Complete assigned tasks independently with dedication and high quality.

• Comprehend database applications and their roles in business contexts.

• Evaluate processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Positively escalate issues and risks as needed.

• Travel up to 75% within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related fields.

• 0 to 1 years of experience preferred in installing, configuring, and/or maintaining informatics applications.

• Relevant experience may include laboratory technician roles involving the operation of analytical equipment, sample registration, releasing patient sample results, and managing laboratory information systems.

• Must currently reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida.

• Residency in the territory is required, preferably near a major airport.

• Ability to travel up to 75% is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project/Smartsheet is essential.

• Understanding of database applications and their application in business settings is important.

• Capability to train customers through a peer-to-peer methodology and share best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing abilities.
