This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Achieve sales targets for the territory while effectively managing the CRM pipeline for ICU Medical Infusion Therapy, Devices, Oncology, Specialty products, and Services.
• Develop mastery in presentation skills and convey technical knowledge of the ICU product family, ensuring a professional communication with Hospital Clinicians in line with guidelines from FDA, CDC, SHEA, INS, ONS, ASHP, etc.
• Understand competitive products in the market, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to strategically position ICU Medical’s offerings clinically. Act as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts at the field level.
• Familiarize yourself with the assigned territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, distribution models, and more.
• Conduct product demonstrations for all ICU products and facilitate customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams and managers to synchronize sales efforts with company and regional objectives.
• Assist field sales by managing customer communications regarding backorders, allocations, pricing, contracts, and other related matters.
• Participate in special projects as assigned and attend all team, regional, and office hours calls.
• Travel outside of the territory monthly to support education, go-lives, implementations, assessments, and other activities.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• The position necessitates active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill essential functions at customer locations.
• This position is field-based.
• Work can be conducted from a home office using standard office equipment, as well as on-site at customer locations.
• While performing job duties, the employee may need to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, depending on customer needs.
• Employees must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to the requirements outlined in the Authorized Driver Policy to drive on behalf of the company.
• Typically requires travel exceeding 50% of the time.
