This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct cybersecurity evaluations across one or more testing domains within client environments.
• Execute OSINT, reconnaissance, external infrastructure assessments, and vulnerability discovery and validation.
• Utilize both manual and automated security testing methods to uncover exploitable weaknesses.
• Take responsibility for assigned assessment tasks while escalating and seeking technical support when necessary.
• Generate timely, high-quality, actionable findings based on threats through the custom reporting portal.
• Effectively communicate technical results, impacts, and remediation strategies to clients.
• Assist in client debriefings after assessments.
• Serve as a technical liaison for clients and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with clients throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with fellow Hive Members by sharing insights and knowledge.
• Continuously enhance technical skills across offensive security areas.
• Take initiative in personal learning and development for increased technical autonomy.
• Proven practical experience in one or more cybersecurity testing disciplines.
• Solid foundation in network, infrastructure, and/or application security.
• Hands-on experience with common offensive security tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in identifying, investigating, validating, and effectively communicating security vulnerabilities.
• Comfortable executing defined assessment tasks with increasing independence.
• Methodical in approach to technical challenges and discerning when to seek assistance.
• Inquisitive nature regarding system mechanics and vulnerabilities.
• Driven to expand testing experience and enhance technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Natural aptitude for problem-solving.
• Competent in both written and verbal communication.

• Practical offensive security certifications such as OSCP, CREST CRT, CSTM, CRTO, or other recognized certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
