Associate, Hedge Advisory – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with institutional clients on a daily basis.

• Conduct hedge analyses as required.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of valuation models that are in line with industry best practices and evolving client requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to clarify methodologies and facilitate integration.

• Offer trading recommendations to clients, focusing primarily on mortgage servicing rights.

• Aid in the creation and maintenance of analytics models and associated data systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable level of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in an analyst-level position.

• Required understanding of interest rate derivatives.

• Proficiency in a programming language such as VBA, Python, C++, or SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license is a plus.
