This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the initial process of identifying and developing candidates.

• Establish networks with professionals and support them in reaching their career goals.

• Evaluate candidates’ competencies in relation to client requirements.

• Collaborate with team members throughout the organization.

• Cultivate potential candidates through proactive networking across various organizations.

• Identify and engage with multicultural leaders.

• Perform preliminary phone screening assessments of candidates.

• Communicate job profiles to prospective candidates.

• Evaluate candidate qualifications against client requirements via telephone interviews.

• Conduct reference checks on candidates being presented.

• Work in close partnership with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the complete search process and the responsibilities of the Associate role.

• Manage a full search load of approximately 10 assignments within the initial 12 months.

• Exhibit effective assessment of candidate eligibility through telephone screening.

• Acquire a solid understanding of the relevant industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in executive search, research roles, or related recruitment and industry experience.

• Extensive experience and proficiency in using computer systems, databases, email, etc.

• Strong skills in candidate assessment.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).

• Capability to network with multicultural leaders.

• Competence in conducting preliminary phone screenings and interviews.

• Ability to perform reference checks.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and organizing workflow efficiently.
