Associate Functional Consultant – HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to align with business needs.

• Engage in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades, from the planning phase to post-go-live support.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.

• Create functional design documents and develop test cases.

• Liaise with technical teams regarding customizations, reports, and integrations.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud functionality.

• Keep abreast of Oracle Cloud's quarterly releases, updates, and enhancements.

• Offer post-implementation support and champion continuous process improvements.
