This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the initial process of candidate identification and development.

• Build networks with professionals to help them achieve their career goals.

• Evaluate candidates’ skills in relation to client requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the firm.

• Cultivate potential candidates by actively networking across diverse organizations.

• Identify and engage with multicultural leaders.

• Perform preliminary phone screening assessments of candidates.

• Communicate job profiles to prospective candidates.

• Evaluate candidate skills against client needs through telephone interviews.

• Conduct reference checks on candidates presented.

• Work closely with lead consultants and the Research Delivery/Operations teams.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the complete search process within the first year.

• Manage a full search load of about 10 searches within the first 12 months.

• Appropriately evaluate candidate eligibility via telephone screenings.

• Acquire a solid understanding of the industry relevant to their practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search, research, recruitment, or related industry experience.

• Extensive experience and proficiency in working with computer systems, databases, and email.

• Strong skills in assessment.

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal, written, and listening).

• Capacity to develop potential candidates through active networking.

• Understanding of diversity and the ability to identify and connect with multicultural leaders.

• Capability to conduct preliminary phone screening evaluations.

• Proficiency in assessing candidate skills according to client needs through telephone interviews.

• Ability to perform reference checks.

• Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and utilizing resources efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
