Associate Director, Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass business goals while adhering to compliance standards.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in accounts and act as ADC Therapeutics’ primary contact.

• Oversee a team of 2 Hematology Therapeutic Specialists directly.

• Gain insights into accounts and evaluate perceptions of ZYNLONTA.

• Create strategic account plans for major accounts and collaborate with the organization to implement them.

• Function as both a player and coach for the area business, overseeing personal accounts and the performance of HTS.

• Clearly communicate ZYNLONTA’s clinical profile and value proposition to important stakeholders.

• Utilize approved resources and materials to enhance awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA.

• Identify and map physicians and key stakeholders to promote advocacy.

• Collaborate with account stakeholders to ensure a favorable ZYNLONTA experience and handle requests compliantly.

• Engage in account and business evaluations with the cross-functional ADC Therapeutics team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Preferred 7+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device sector.

• Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with buy and bill products is preferred.

• Experience in account management is essential.

• People management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication, listening, collaboration, business insight, follow-through, and influencing skills.

• Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and complex environment.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Capability to meet credentialing requirements.

• Expected travel averages 4 days per week within the territory, with additional travel for conference coverage as required.

• Must be willing to travel as necessary, including potential weekend travel for conferences.
