This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Report directly to the Head of Intelligence.
• Oversee insights projects from start to finish, encompassing research design, analysis, visualization, and delivery.
• Manage significant client programs, ensuring timely delivery that meets briefs and stays within budget.
• Take ownership of client briefs, budgets, and project delivery for high-value initiatives and reporting programs.
• Serve as a trusted senior partner to clients and identify opportunities for expanding account scope.
• Lead new business pitches for the Insights team and independently prepare proposals with supervision from the Head of Intelligence.
• Collaborate with the Head of Intelligence and Client Services to contribute to and lead proposals and scopes.
• Identify commercial growth opportunities and promote additional work.
• Supervise junior team members and uphold delivery standards.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Establish strategic relationships throughout the agency.
• Advocate for Social Element via trade press, supported blogs, conferences, and networking events.
• Recommend new readings, techniques, and tools to maintain departmental innovation.
• Keep up-to-date with social platforms, social listening vendors, and cultural trends.
• Strong background in social and other insights tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Brandwatch).
• Familiarity with Global Web Index or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Proven commercial experience, including upselling services and managing project scope and resources.
• Experience in line management.
• Ideally, a track record of innovating your own products or solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Well-developed storytelling abilities and confidence in presenting your work and coaching others in their presentations.
• Curious and proactive mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting and work independently while remaining self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Extensive experience in a senior social intelligence role.
• Agency experience in social or integrated agency settings.
• Experience working with multi-market clients.
• Bonus: experience with automotive, financial services, retail, or travel accounts.
• Must be based in the UK.
