Associate Director, Medicare Pharmacy Stars

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and support a team dedicated to the development, implementation, and management of clinical program strategies.

• Enhance the appropriate use of medications among Medicare members.

• Hold responsibility for achieving performance targets across various quality measures.

• Make informed decisions regarding complex issues tied to job responsibilities.

• Understand the interrelationship of organizational capabilities across different departments.

• Work in collaboration with the Pharmacy Stars team to improve Humana's Stars patient safety measure performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

• Active and unrestricted pharmacy license.

• Over 5 years of clinical experience in managed care or a pharmacy-related field, or equivalent experience.

• More than two years of managerial experience.

• Capable of providing direction and making informed business decisions.

• A strong commitment to enhancing consumer experiences within the organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven track record in facilitating collaboration across teams and managing projects effectively.

• Possess strategic thinking and planning skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Quick learner capable of working under pressure and managing timelines, navigating ambiguity, and making complex decisions.

• Skilled in assimilating, analyzing, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on complex data.
